Mr. Dura a 25 year veteran of the financial services industry has held senior management and operations positions at a number leading financial institutions. He held the positions of Chief Operating Officer Managing Director- Head of Equity Research Sales & Trading and Joint Group Managing Director at Schroder & Co. Inc. where he was the senior officer with operating responsibility for the North America & European securities business as well as Chairman of the Operating Committee.
Mr. Dura was President of Correspondent Services Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of UBS Financial which was acquired by National Financial Services a Fidelity Investments company. He was also a member of the NASD National Advisory Board in 1996.
Mr. Dura is currently a founder and Managing Member of Prex Capital Partners LLC based in Albany New York and a Director of UNX a Burbank California based agency broker/dealer.
