Michael F. Brigham (Age: 46, Officer since: October 1991, Director since: March 1999) was appointed to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2000, and was appointed to serve as a Director of the Company in March 1999. He joined the Company in September 1989 as Director of Finance and Administration, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in October 1991 and later served as Vice President from December 1998 until February 2000. He has served as Secretary since December 1995 and as Treasurer and principal financial officer since October 1991. Mr. Brigham serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Biotechnology Information Bureau and as the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Kennebunk Free Library. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed as an audit manager for the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Brigham earned his Masters in Business Administration from New York University in 1989. |
