Mr. Thomson's practice focuses on the areas of business and personal financial reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, bankruptcy appeals, creditors' rights, and trustee and receiver representation. Mr. Thomson is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Utah and Nevada, as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Law, where he was an articles editor of the Utah Law Review and a William H. Leary Scholar.
