Michael Shea joined Ceridian in 2007. As an Executive Vice President Michael is responsible for Service Operations and Quality.
Michael brings to Ceridian and it's clients a history of leading large service delivery teams that have focused on continuous improvement and customer centricity. Michael's success in leading these teams has been driven by his facilitative approach to ensuring work teams have a clear understanding of customer expectations. With this clarity his teams have excelled at developing process control systems (to ensure repeatable and reliable service delivery) improving processes through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and creating leading edge capabilities through the creative deployment of technology. These efforts are supported by Michael's leadership ability to create a collaborative customer focused and high performing work environment.
Before joining Ceridian Michael was the Senior Vice President of Operations for GE Fleet Services. In this capacity Michael and his team improved service delivery year over year driving their Net Promoter Customer Loyalty score from -9 to 32 (scale from -100 to 100). The team was also distinguished by their work environment "employer of choice" survey scores that exceeded the GE 90th percentile.
Michael received his Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from GE.
Michael Shea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. |
