Michael F. Sebring, CPA, is a partner with Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He received a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA from Assumption College. Mr. Sebring has more than 12 years of experience in public accounting, including six years at the Big 6 level. His area of professional concentration includes the auditing of manufacturers, retailers, distributors and nonprofit organizations, which provide services through funding from state, federal and private sources. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Sebring is also a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants Accounting Principles and Auditing Procedures Technical Committee. He has served on the boards, including the position of treasurer, of local nonprofit organizations. |
