Mr. Emerson has acted as Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the listed Company since his appointment on March 4, 2004. He previously has served as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of visionGATEWAY (pre-lisitng) since March of 2002 and of visionGATEWAY Pty Ltd (Australia) from October 2001 to the present. Mr. Emerson is a graduate of La Trobe University, Bundoora, Victoria, Australia class of 1974, where he received the degree of Bachelor of Economics with Honors.
