Michael F. Chazkel, a member of the firm, concentrates his practice on complex commercial, environmental and insurance litigation matters in state and federal courts, including insurance company liquidation and rehabilitation proceedings and RICO violations.
Michael’s insurance litigation experience involves all lines of insurance including, but not limited to, comprehensive general liability, products liability, directors and officers liability, accident and health, life, disability, ocean marine, inland marine, and fire and allied lines insurance coverage disputes. He also has extensive experience in handling professional negligence and licensing issues involving insurance professionals.
Michael is a recurring speaker for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has presented Handling Contested Insurance Claims to members of the Bar since 1980. He has also participated in panel discussions at Investigations of Arson Fires seminars sponsored by Rutgers University. These seminars are given for fire chiefs, arson investigators and prosecutors of the State of New Jersey on insurance coverage issues related to arson fires. |
