Mr. Storck concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business and corporate law focusing much of his attention on financial transactions, intellectual property and securities regulation. In addition to advising clients on the selection, formation and financing of business entities, Mr. Storck has represented clients in numerous merger, acquisition and other business combination transactions. He has substantial experience in the public offering and private placement of debt and equity securities, including counseling numerous start-up and established businesses registering securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Mr. Storck also has represented a number of small and medium sized companies in developing and implementing strategies for creating and protecting intellectual property.
