Mike Havener brings more than 14 years of financial management experience to the role. Havener has been Chief Financial Officer since 2004 and has served in various financial capacities at Premiere Global since joining the Company in 1997, including Director of Strategic Development, Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer of our former Premiere Conferencing business unit.
Havener left the Company for a brief period in 2002 when he served as Corporate Controller of Airgate PCS, Inc., a wireless service provider. Previously, Havener, a Certified Public Accountant, spent five years with PriceWaterhouse and two years as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis with Per-Se Technologies, a healthcare technology firm.Havener graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in accounting from Western Michigan University.He is married and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. |
