Mr. Spicer joined NovaDel in December 2004 as our Chief Financial Officer and was named Corporate Secretary in April 2006. Mr. Spicer was previously Chief Financial Officer of Orchid Biosciences Inc (now known as Orchid Cellmark Inc.) a leading provider of identity genetics testing services. At Orchid he played a key role in the successful capital restructuring of the company and its achievement of operating profitability. Previously Mr. Spicer served as Vice President Chief Financial Officer of Lifecodes Corporation until its acquisition by Orchid. His background includes over 20 years of finance and accounting experience with White River Corporation The Chinet Company Kraft General Foods and Deloitte & Touche.
Mr. Spicer is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A from Harvard University. |
