Michael E. Scheinberg joined the firm in 1989 and is a partner in the firm’s real estate department.
Mr. Scheinberg specializes in commercial real estate transaction, including loan origination and workouts, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions as well as leasing.
Mr. Scheinberg has been a member of the real estate and tax section of the State Bar of California since his admission in 1983 and is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association.
