Michael Holt is one of the founding members of Forman Holt Eliades & Ravin. He joined colleagues Charles Forman and Erin Kennedy shortly after graduating from Seton Hall Law School. Since then Mr. Holt has built a reputation as a thorough and no-nonsense bankruptcy attorney and commercial litigator.
Adept in crisis management and problem solving, he often represents fiduciaries in insolvency cases, but his skills keep him involved in an array of activities: coordinating the windup of an operating debtor, administering the mandatory sale of debtor's assets and pursuing creative solutions for recovery. He is respected both inside and outside the firm for his sound judgment, capable case management and diligent approach to his work.
Mr. Holt has authored articles and been a guest lecturer on such issues as bankruptcy administration and litigation for the Debtor-Creditor Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
