PRACTICE AREAS
Business Litigation
Michael D. Murphy represents a wide variety of businesses throughout the United States, including wireline, wireless, and corporate communications systems and users; inventors of intellectual property; e-commerce companies, and real estate developers, in various regulatory and litigation matters. Mr. Murphy, a litigator with over 20 years of experience, has appeared in state and federal courts, arbitration panels, the Federal Communications Commission and state public utility commissions. He has represented clients in complex commercial and antitrust actions, including class actions; and has represented clients in rate, tariff and enforcement proceedings. Mr. Murphy has also assisted communications and e-commerce clients in associated transactional matters, including the negotiation of contracts for services and facilities.
