Michael Loughnane has 14 years experience in the procurement and litigation of patents in the chemical, pharmaceutical, medical device and environmental industries.
Mr. Loughnane has a broad based intellectual practice which includes conducting complex intellectual property litigation, counseling clients on issues of validity and infringement and avoiding litigation and licensing. He also provides guidance to clients introducing new products and actively involves himself in the product design of new technologies to avoid valid patents owned by competitors.
Mr. Loughnane also has extensive experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications covering the pharmaceutical, chemical and mechanical arts.
