Mr. Creer focuses his practice on business formation/planning and business financing, growth and development, which includes structuring, negotiating, documenting and, most importantly, closing mergers and acquisitions, real property and other asset purchases and sales, and many other types of commercial transactions. He has particular expertise in representing automobile dealers and technology companies in Utah and throughout the country in all aspects of their franchise, business and legal needs. Mr. Creer has written and lectured on automobile dealer law and on basic business law for the technology-based company.
Mr. Creer is a member of the Business Law and Real Estate Law Sections of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Creer has previously served as Chair of the Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar. Mr. Creer has been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in the category of Corporate Law (as published in Utah Business Magazine). |
