Michael D. Stern joined the sales department of Kreisler Industrial Corporation, the Company’s subsidiary, in 1990 and has served as Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since June 2004 and of Kreisler Industrial Corporation since September 2004. Mr. Stern became President of the Management Board of Directors of Kreisler Polska Sp. z.o.o., the Company’s Polish subsidiary, in March 2005. Mr. Stern joined the Board of Directors of the Company in October 2004. Mr. Stern was Vice President Operations of Kreisler Industrial Corporation from 1993 to 2004. Mr. Stern graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Emory University. Mr. Stern is the brother of Edward A.
