Michael Rafalko is an associate in the firm's Insurance Practice Group. Michael Joined Drinker Biddle from Reed Smith, LLP where he began his career as an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group.
Michael's practice focuses on a broad range of life insurance and annuities litigation issues for national and international clients, with particular attention to claims involving secondary market questions.
In General. Michael received his bachelor's degree from Yale University in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Michael served as lead executive editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce, and interned with the Hon. Alan Bloch of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Personal. Michael enjoys skiing and is an active skydiver. He is a former All-American lacrosse player, and has coached at the collegiate level. Michael also plays a variety of instruments and enjoys musical performance. |
