Michael D. Latta, age 65, serves as Chairman of the Board of Universe Corporation (a construction engineering and materials distributor) and Chairman of the Board of Res Q Tek, Inc. (a manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic rescue equipment). He has served in these positions respectively from 1997 and 1995.
