Mike's practice focuses on corporate securities and finance with an emphasis on the representation of borrowers, issuers, sellers, servicers and other transaction parties in connection with public and private securitizations and other structured financing transactions involving residential mortgage loans, commercial loans, automobile loans, equipment leases, residential construction loans, consumer retail installment contracts, consumer revolving accounts, confirmations of originator's fees (COOFs), asset-backed securities and other financial assets. Mike has also represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, debt and equity offerings and general corporate, limited partnership and limited liability company matters.
