Michael D. Cadwalader is a Principal in the Cambridge, MA office of LECG. In addition, he has also worked on projects for participants in these newly restructured markets, assisting them in understanding the implications of restructuring for their businesses, and helping them to develop strategies to take full advantage of the opportunities opened by these markets. Before joining LECG, Mr. Cadwalader was a principal with PHB Hagler Bailly (formerly Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, Inc.). He also was a summer associate in the Cleveland office of McKinsey & Company, and worked in the finance and accounting departments of Inland Steel Industries.
