Mike is a Principal in the Commercial Tax Department of the Firm with over fourteen years of experience. Mike provides tax planning and compliance services with extensive experience serving hedge funds and private investment partnerships as well as investment advisors. His industry experience also includes manufacturers, wholesalers, professional service firms, software developers and biotechnology. In addition to providing tax services to businesses, Mike consults in the areas of estate and income taxation for individuals and trusts.
