Experience:
Mike Mascia focuses on securitization and other structured financial products, and on the financing of financial institutions, including domestic and cross-border commercial paper conduit transactions, term securitizations, CDOs, CLOs and lines of credit and related financings for private equity and real estate funds. Mike regularly represents underwriters, commercial banks, commercial paper conduits, issuers and other finance companies in the securitization of private equity capital commitments, trade receivables, student loans, auto loans and leases, middle market corporate loans, intellectual property receivables, equipment leases, residential mortgages, and other esoteric assets. He also represents underwriters, issuers and collateral managers in corporate CLOs.
