Mike, who serves as the firm's Chief Human Resources Officer, focuses his practice on labor and employment law on behalf of management, as well as general litigation. He has substantial involvement in a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including labor contract negotiation and administration, grievance arbitration, equal employment opportunity, corporate restructurings and downsizing, sexual harassment, the ADA, employee benefits, employee selection practices, handbooks and personnel policies and wage-hour questions. He has represented clients in judicial, arbitral and administrative settings, including the United States Supreme Court, several federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels, the National Labor Relations Board, the United States Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and several state employment discrimination agencies. His general litigation experience has focused on product liability defense issues. |
