Michael concentrates his civil litigation practice in the defense of medical malpractice claims, insurance casualty, commercial litigation, employment litigation and assisted living facility liability. He graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School where he was Articles Editor for the Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University where he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society. While in law school, Michael successfully argued a criminal appeal on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and also worked as a student prosecutor for the Office of the District Attorney of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Goldfein and Joseph, Michael practiced with firms in Philadelphia and Boston. He has been published in the Suffolk University Law Review and in The Legal Intelligencer. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and for the District of New Jersey. |
