Mr. Hagan has agreed to serve on our Board of Directors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of American Commercial Lines (ACL) from 1991 to 2003, and has served as Executive Vice President from 1989 to 1991. ACL was at the time one of the largest inland river-oriented business engaged in barge transportation, marine terminal and marine equipment manufacturing businesses with peak sales of $850.0 million. Mr. Hagan started his career within ACL in American Commercial Barge Lines (ACBL), a subsidiary of ACL, where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of their inland barge operation. He then became Sales VP for CSX Transportation Railroad, with a sales volume of $2.5 billion per annum in bulk and manufactured products as well as liquid chemicals. Mr. Hagan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Brescia University. Mr. Hagan is a member of the National Waterways Foundation Board of Directors and is a past Chairman of the American Waterways Operators. |
