Mike Gasparian is vice president and general manager of customer and quality at Agilent Technologies. This organization delivers processes, policies, technical support, marketing support, education, and information to Agilent's business groups, enabling them to better service Agilent's customers. The group also provides shared engineering and marketing services within Agilent. Gasparian oversees delivery of these multiple services with a special focus on the customer experience.
Gasparian was most recently the vice president and general manager of Agilent's Multi-Industry Business Unit, part of the company's Electronic Measurement Group (EMG). He joined Hewlett-Packard in 1980 with the Colorado Springs Division in manufacturing engineering. In 1987, Gasparian was named marketing manager of the Loveland Instrument Division, and was appointed general manager of the Electronic Measurements Division in 1992, responsible for development, marketing and manufacturing of basic instruments, including oscilloscopes, sources and voltmeters.
Gasparian was tapped to lead Agilent's Electronic Products and Solutions Group (EPSG) Worldwide Field Operations in 1999, and later headed the group's Sales and Marketing organization in 2000. He became vice president and general manager of the Multi-Industry Business Unit in September 2001.
Gasparian, 48, was born in Bethpage, New York. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. |
