Michael C. Curhan serves as "of counsel" to Lipson, Neilson, Cole, Seltzer & Garin, P.C. He specializes in a range of litigation matters, including employment litigation, business "divorces" and commercial litigation. In 1998, Mr. Curhan was selected as one of 10 Michigan Lawyers of the Year by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. An active member of the legal community, he serves as an advisor to the Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Employment Law Committee and is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.He has lectured before various groups in Michigan, including the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and published articles for a range of legal organizations, including the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and the Oakland County Bar Association. Mr. Curhan earned a B.A. from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Wayne State Law School where he was Articles & Book Review Editor of the Wayne Law Review. |
