Mike is a Managing Director in our firm and has over fifteen years experience in the organization and structuring of investment banking transactions. Mike joined our firm two months after its conception and has been instrumental in the sourcing, structuring and execution of our investment banking transactions. Although capable in many aspects of corporate finance, Mike specializes in our merger and acquisition business and the orchestration of exclusive sale assignments. He also focuses on our clients who may need balance sheet restructuring. Prior to joining our firm, Mike worked in the Merchant Banking Group at Bankers Trust Company in New York. He also was in the summer associate program at Lehman Brothers. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business with a minor in Government and Law from Lafayette College. |
