Mike Chadwick, age 54, is a Managing Director at Sanders Morris Harris, as well as a senior member of the firm's Corporate Finance Group in Houston. Mr. Chadwick has been active in most aspects of the commercial and investment banking fields since 1975. Prior to joining Sanders Morris Harris, Mr. Chadwick was President and Principal of Chadwick, Chambers & Associates, Inc., an investment and merchant banking boutique. Prior to forming CC&A, Mr. Chadwick was with Lovett Mitchell Webb & Garrison, Inc., and Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., both Houston based independent investment banking firms. Mr. Chadwick has an MBA from Southern Methodist University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also attended the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Chadwick currently serves on the boards of: Blue Dolphin Energy Company, Landry's Restaurants, Inc., Home Solutions of America, Inc. and Moody - Price, Inc. |
