Michael B. Smith is Senior Vice President and Southwest Regional Manager in charge of Hill's offices in Irvine California and Phoenix Arizona with the company's Project Management Group.
Mr. Smith has more than 27 years of experience in project management for transportation and building projects including a strong background in project controls project planning cost control estimating scheduling forecasting and claims management on both public- and private-sector projects. Smith joined Hill through KJM & Associates Inc. which Hill acquired in May 2007. Prior to joining KJM Smith was Operations Manager for PMC/Solutions Inc. Before that he was a Project Controls Manager for Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
Mr. Smith earned his Certificate in Management Practice for Engineering and Technical Professionals from the University of California at Irvine. |
