Michael B. Shteamer represents developers and lenders in negotiating and preparing documents for commercial real estate loans, workouts, foreclosures, contracts, leases and analyzing and resolving problems relating to real estate.

Mr. Shteamer also represents large and small corporate clients. His corporate practice encompasses all facets of corporate organization, including shareholder, stock and employment agreements for general and professional corporations.
