Mike Fisher has played a key role in SRA acquisitions, including ORION Scientific Systems in January 2004 and Adroit Systems, Inc. in 2003. Prior to managing SRA mergers and acquisitions, Fisher was the director of new venture development, where he helped lead the sale of SRA’s Assentor business in 2002; coordinated the spinoff of SRA’s financial services data mining business (Mantas, Inc.) in 2001; and served as a director of SRA Ventures LLC, a joint venture with Safeguard Scientifics. His other SRA roles have included director of operations for SRA’s financial services business and manager of commercial pricing and contracts. In these and other projects, Fisher supported the company in business planning, financial management, intellectual property, corporate partnerships, pricing, contracts and licensing arrangements, and marketing strategy. Fisher joined SRA in 1992. |
