Michael Dahl is Vice President, Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Princeton Financial Systems, Inc. and Princeton Financial Systems U.K. Limited, wholly-owned subsidiaries of State Street Bank & Trust Company. Michael is responsible for advising executive management on legal and business matters and for managing the global legal affairs of the company, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, licensing, international transactions, consulting and strategic alliances. He also directs and manages Princeton Financial's worldwide intellectual property program. Prior to joining Princeton Financial in 2002 as General Counsel, Michael provided legal solutions to public and private corporate clients at the Princeton office of national law firm Fox Rothschild. Michael is on the board of directors for CancerCare of NJ for the greater Mercer area. Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University. |
