Mr. Day worked as an Associate at the law firm of Thompson, Hughes & Reber, St. George, Utah, until 1993, and as an Associate and Shareholder of Snow Nuffer, St. George, Utah, until the merger of that firm and Durham Jones & Pinegar in January 2003.
Mr. Day is a member of the firm's Corporate and Securities Section and its Real Estate and Banking Section. He maintains a general business and real estate practice, with substantial experience in the following areas
