Michael A. Byers is a partner in the Columbus office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He has a wide-ranging practice which includes representing and advising clients in business disputes, insurance defense litigation involving negligence, products liability and wrongful death matters, labor and employment cases and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Byers frequently appears on behalf of clients before various administrative agencies and courts and has tried numerous cases throughout Ohio. Mr. Byers received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 1975 and his law degree from the University of Akron in 1978. |
