Michael Turner joined B&C in March 2000 after a 12-year career in corporate finance and capital markets at Prudential Securities Incorporated. At PSI, Mr. Turner served as a Director in the High Grade Debt Origination Group within Taxable Fixed Income Capital Markets, where he covered Fortune 500 financial and industrial companies, as well as various government sponsored enterprises.
Mr. Turner's transaction experience includes both common and preferred equity transactions for a variety of industries including financial services, utility, energy and technology. Mr. Turner's expertise encompasses macro-economic and market analysis, securities structuring and pricing, marketing and distribution strategies and transaction administration/documentation.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Mr. Turner serves on the Boards of Chevron Credit Bank, N.A., the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and the Virginia Athletics Foundation; he is a former Co-Chair of the University's Annual Giving Advisory Board's Donor Relations Committee. |
