As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Global Health Sector, Michael Toner oversees the finance and accounting functions for the Sector.
Prior to this position, Toner served as the acting CFO of the Sector. He was previously SRA's Director of Financial Controls and Processes, responsible for evaluating internal controls and financial processes and managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and audits. Toner managed the integration of RABA Technologies, LLC (acquired in October 2006) into SRA. He has also served as the controller of SRA's Defense Sector.
Toner joined SRA in the acquisition of Galaxy Scientific Corporation in 2005. At Galaxy, he was corporate controller, responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, tax, and treasury functions. Prior to joining Galaxy, Toner worked for several years in public accounting, providing financial audit and consulting services.
He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
