Michael "Max" Sneyd is a Member of Kerr, Russell and Weber, PLC. Mr. Sneyd specializes in commercial litigation and has a broad range of experience in construction, business torts, intellectual property litigation and appellate work. Mr. Sneyd has also achieved positive results through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Mr. Sneyd has litigated all phases of civil business litigation, including matters in state, federal and appellate courts. In addition to his experience in commercial litigation, Mr. Sneyd has extensive experience prosecuting trademark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Sneyd is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the State Bar of Michigan's Litigation and Intellectual Property Sections.
Mr. Sneyd is a 1994 graduate of Wayne State University Law School where he participated in Moot Court. Mr. Sneyd is a 1991 graduate of Miami University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. |
