Mr. Minter represents domestic and foreign companies in matters involving patent acquisitions, trademarks, copyrights, licensing and other business matters that arise in the electro-mechanical, computer, Internet, information technology, bioinformatics, telecommunications and biometrics fields. He also counsels clients in a broad range of matters involving government contracts and holds a TS/SCI security clearance. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Minter served as General Counsel to Shiloh Communications, Inc. Mr. Minter also worked for more than sixteen years as an engineer for Lockheed Martin Corporation and Hughes Information Technology Corporation, where he developed extensive experience in the following technologies: satellite design and communications; telecommunications and computer networking; systems architecture; client/server fundamentals; web development; relational database design and management; and systems engineering and integration.
