Mr. McCoy has fifteen years experience as an investment banker and business advisor. He has advised on more than 35 transactions ranging from $10 million to $500 million involving mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and capital raising engagements. Mr. McCoy has advised companies in the consumer, industrial, construction, and manufacturing areas, and has worked on both domestic and international deals. He has advised well known companies and counterparties such as Monaco Coach, R-Vision, Stanley Works, Best Access, and Illinois Toolworks (ITW). Prior to joining Dresner Partners, Mr. McCoy was a Managing Director of Crowe Capital Markets, a Chicago based investment banking firm, a Senior Vice President with the Corporate Finance Group of Crowe, Chizek and Co., and a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. McCoy has participated as a speaker and panel member at a number of M&A and corporate finance seminars, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth. |
