Mr. Little's practice involves all aspects of employment litigation and counseling for public and private employers. Mr. Little also represents employers in union-related matters in both the private and public sector.
Mr. Little has represented employers in state and federal courts in Michigan and Ohio, and before the National Labor Relations Board, EEOC, the Michigan Department of Civil Rights and the Michigan Employment Relations Commission. He has litigated matters involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, has defended employers against allegations of harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims for unpaid benefits, and contractual disputes. He has also counseled employers to help them develop effective employment handbooks, policies and procedures. He has also assisted private and public employers in the negotiation of labor agreements covering administrative and professional employees, university faculty and lecturers, and skilled trade employees.
Mr. Little is a member of the American Bar Association and Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association. While in law school, he earned the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study Of Labor and Employment Law. Mr. Little also served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. Mr. Little also previously worked as an intern for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Michigan and the Ohio State Legal Services Association.

Assisted in obtaining dismissal of a federal case involving the denial of employee benefits under the Employment Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA").
