Michael A. Cullinane, P.E. has been named Chief Operating Officer of Bryan A. Stirrat & Associates. In this capacity he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of BAS and its subsidiary companies BAS Construction LP, KFM Engineering, and KFM Geoscience.
Mr. Cullinane has more than 20 years of experience in the solid waste consulting business. His background includes management of large landfill expansion and closure projects, engineering support for solid waste facility improvement programs, and large civil infrastructure projects.
Mr. Cullinane holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He is a licensed civil engineer in California, Arizona, Montana, and Hawaii. He was formerly Vice President of Engineering for BAS.
With his diverse background in civil and solid waste engineering, Mr. Cullinane will work closely with BAS project managers and key staff as BAS expands its operations in the environmental, transportation, and civil engineering markets. |
