Mr. Creel was elected Executive Vice President of our General Partner in February 2001 having served as a Senior Vice President of the General Partner and EPCO Inc. since November 1999. In June 2000 Mr. Creel a certified public accountant assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of our General Partner along with other responsibilities in investor relations information technology and corporate risk.
Previously he served as Senior Vice President - Finance with Tejas Energy an affiliate of Shell from 1997 to 1998 Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 1998 to 1999 and Senior Vice President from January to September 1999. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Creel served as Vice President and Treasurer of NorAm Energy Corp. |
