Mr. Coke joined us in 1997 and was our Chief Financial Officer from January 1999 until March 1, 2007. Pursuant to his separation agreement and release with us, Mr. Coke will be retiring from employment with us during the third quarter of 2007. Mr. Coke served in a variety of officer positions in our Financial Management and Reporting Department prior to becoming our Chief Financial Officer in January 1999. Prior to joining us, Mr. Coke spent seven years with Arthur Andersen LLP, where he most recently served as an audit manager. At Arthur Andersen, he primarily served public and private real estate companies, including several public real estate investment trusts, and specialized in real estate auditing and accounting, mergers, initial public offerings and business acquisition due diligence. Mr. Coke received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from California State University at Hayward. He is a Certified Public Accountant. |
