Mr. Carroll has been Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations since March 2005. In his capacity, Mr. Carroll is responsible for all day-to-day property operations of New Plan's nationwide portfolio and serves as the primary liaison between the Company's regional asset managers and its corporate office. In addition, he is one of the senior relationship managers for the Company's national and regional tenants and is a member of the Company's executive committee and investment committee. Mr. Carroll has been employed by New Plan since 1992. From March 2002 to March 2005, he was Senior Vice President, Director of Redevelopment. In this role, he built and expanded New Plan's highly successful redevelopment program. Between November 1992 and March 2002, Mr. Carroll held various positions at the Company, including Vice President, Asset Management, Vice President, Leasing and Assistant Vice President, Leasing. Mr. Carroll is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
