Michael A. Bruno

Mr. Bruno concentrates his practice area on real estate, land use, planning and zoning and business matters. Mr. Bruno represents and counsels companies and developers in every phase of real estate acquisitions, financing and development. His experience includes both commercial and residential projects including affordable housing. He appears on land use matters before municipal and county planning boards and state agencies including the COAH. He has substantial experience in planned retirement community developments and redevelopment law. Mr. Bruno has substantial experience in actions in lieu of prerogative writs before the New Jersey Superior Court on land use appeals.
Mr. Bruno also represents banks in lending transactions and borrowers in acquisition, development, and other financing transactions. He represents companies in general corporate business matters including litigation and settlement strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and employment matters.
Mr. Bruno is an approved R. 1:40-12 Mediator and has frequently served as a mediator in commercial disputes.
