Michael A. Boeheim, CIA, CFE is a Director of Freed Maxick ABL Services. He has over twenty five years experience in the Asset Based Lending industry. He has extensive experience on pre-loan surveys, collateral monitoring examinations, activation engagements, portfolio acquisition due diligence and forensic examination assignments of troubled loans involving fraud. Mr. Boeheim is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). His responsibilities include staff supervision and review, quality control and developing and maintaining lender relationships. Mr. Boeheim came to Freed Maxick ABL Services after a sixteen-year career at HSBC Bank, where he managed the Asset Based Lending Field Examination Group of thirty professionals at HSBC Bank. He also has extensive knowledge in the evaluation of inventory controls with respect to manufacturing and wholesale companies, as well as evaluating collateral for companies with import/export financing. His articles have been published in the Secured Lender and the ABF Journal. Mr. Boeheim has been a speaker for a number of organizations on various fraud related topics. Mr. Boeheim is a 1979 graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo, joined Freed Maxick ABL Services, Inc in 1995 and was elected director in 1998. |
