Micah is the Center's Assistant Manager. Micah graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Management. Micah has previous experience in outside sales and customer service as well as international experience working with small businesses in Bologna, Italy and Panama City, Panama. Micah is responsible for coordination, communication, and organization between all departments of the South Florida Center, with the goal of providing an exceptional experience for our customers. He is also directly responsible for the Center's telephone consultants and manages the customer's initial perception of the Center. |
