Mia D. Falls, a litigation associate, works primarily in real estate litigation, including trials in civil court, and on a variety of other litigation matters in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court. She has also participated in hearings before various administrative agencies including arbitration hearings. Mia works out of the firm’s New York City office.
Mia gained experience in medical malpractice defense litigation at a small firm and performed work for the New York City Transit Authority.
Prior to law school, Mia worked for Equifax Credit Bureau. At NYU Law School, she was active in the Black Allied Law Students Association's (BALSA) community service activities and served as Secretary. She also participated in the Unemployment Action Center at NYU, which represented low-income individuals denied their employment insurance benefits by their former employers. |
