With more than ten years of business law experience, she assists firm clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, matters of corporate finance and related securities law issues. She frequently represents firm clients in commercial real estate transactions. Work for Clients Ms. Johnson works with clients on mergers and acquisitions ranging in size and structure, and guides start-up entities to help establish and grow their businesses. She has represented clients in domestic and international joint ventures and reorganizations, and in numerous public and private debt and equity financings. She has assisted clients with ongoing corporate governance and disclosure matters and has represented clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
